The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the Stumps Platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by Stumps whether on the Stumps Platform or otherwise.

By using the Stumps Platform and the Services, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with this Policy. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

    • Create or update your Stumps account, which may include your name, organisation name, phone number and profile picture.
    • Provide content to us, which may include tounament details, team details, player details, contact information of players and other information you provide on the Stumps Platform (“Your Content”).
    • Use our Services, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number.
    • Correspond with Stumps for customer support;
    • Participate in the interactive services offered by the Stumps Platform such as discussion boards, competitions, promotions or surveys, other social media functions or make payments etc., or
    • Report problems for troubleshooting.
USES OF YOUR INFORMATION
  • We use the information we collect for following purposes, including:
    • To provide, personalise, maintain and improve our products and services, such as to create player or organisation profile and maintain the statistics, history of matches or tournaments;
    • To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the relevant information and services;
    • To administer and enhance the security of our Stumps Platform and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;
    • To provide you with information about services we consider similar to those that you are already using, or have enquired about, or may interest you. If you are a registered user, we will contact you by electronic means (SMS or telephone) with information about these services;
    • To understand our users (what they do on our Services, what features they like, how they use them, etc.), improve the content and features of our Services (such as by personalizing content to your interests), provide customer support, process and respond to your queries;

We analyse the log files of our Stumps Platform that may contain Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring, app crashes, page viewed and exit websites and applications, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This helps us to administer the website, to learn about user behavior on the site, to improve our product and services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

LOG FILES

Stumps platform follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites or mobile apps. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

DISCLOSURE AND DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

SECURITY PRECAUTIONS

We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to secure the information collected by us.

We use SSL with strong 2048 bit keys and tokenization services from third party service providers to protect the sensitive personal information provided by you. Your phone number and OTP (one time password) received to your mobile, enables you to access certain parts of the Stumps Platform, you are responsible for keeping these details confidential. We ask you not to share your OTP with anyone.

Please be aware that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through the Stumps Platform. Once we have received your information, we will use strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to try to prevent unauthorised access.

GOOGLE DOUBLECLICK DART COOKIE

Google is one of a third-party vendor on our site/mobile app. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to Stumps platform and other sites on the internet. Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Stumps, which are sent directly to users' browser. Note that Stumps has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Stumps platform's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites.
